• Once again, we are authorized Apple service technicians and no appointment is needed: drop by any time from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Call ahead with your serial number to see if we have your part in stock! We will log in your computer and gather details about the problems are experiencing. We will have you in and out within 10 minutes

• The occasional delay in total turn around time may occur due to back-orders on Apple’s end, or when diagnosing an intermittent failure requires additional bench time. We will always make every effort to notify you of potential delays up front.

Closest to us are the A, C or E trains to 34th Street and 8th avenue. You can also take the 1, 2, 3, 9 trains to 34th street and 7th avenue and walk up to 35th street and 8th Avenue. We are on 35th Street close to 8th avenue on the second floor.
